When you create an account we collect your name and email address. When you make a purchase, payment is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details. We collect usage data including which modules you have accessed and your progress through the course. We also collect technical data such as browser type, device, and IP address automatically when you use the site.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide access to the course you have purchased, to track your progress through modules, to send you a receipt and important account information, and to improve Silver Prompt based on how it is used. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your progress. We use analytics cookies to understand how Silver Prompt is used — you can opt out of these via the cookie notice when you first visit the site.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@silverprompt.co. You can also request that we stop processing your data, though this will mean we are unable to provide the service.
6. Data Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion we will remove your data within 30 days.

We use Stripe for payment processing and Supabase for secure data storage. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. These services are governed by their own privacy policies.
